Basic Tier - Just the Fix

We address the exact issue you called about. Fast, code-compliant, and no fluff. Perfect for customers who want the problem solved—nothing more, nothing less.

 

Mid Tier – Fix + Safety Check Nearby

We fix the issue and also check the related devices or zones—like outlets on the same circuit or room. A smart option to prevent future surprises.

 

Top Tier – Full Home Safety Check

Everything from Mid plus a full electrical inspection. Includes panel check, smoke detector, GFCI testing, and surge protection upgrades. It’s the total package.

What’s the difference between the Basic, Mid, and Top Tier options?

Answer:
Each tier offers a different level of service so you can choose what feels right for your home and your budget:

  • Basic fixes just the issue you called about.

  • Mid includes the fix plus a safety check on nearby outlets, switches, or circuits.

  • Top gives you the fix, the circuit check, and a full home inspection including your panel, GFCIs, smoke detectors, and more.

Do I have to choose the Top Tier?

Answer:
Nope—never any pressure. All three tiers are good solutions. The Top Tier is simply there if you want extra peace of mind or want to get ahead on safety. Most people choose Mid, but Basic works just fine if you only want today’s issue handled.

How are your prices calculated?

Answer:
We use a transparent pricing system called COST—it stands for Clearly Organized Service Tiers. Everything is based on real labor time and material costs, with clearly shown markups and no hidden fees. You’ll always see the full price before we begin.
